Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Please allow 2-4 days for your order to process and ship, unless otherwise noted. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. All orders placed after 2:00 pm WEST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact: cocomaloo.socal@gmail.com
Domestic shipping
All the orders will be shipped via Priority mail and delivered in 3-8 business days for 9$. We do offer free shipping on all US orders over 100$.
(Please note that this is an estimated time by USPS. This is not a guaranteed shipping time)

International shipping
International packages ship with a flat fee of 26$ and are sent via Priority mail International, and will be delivered in 6-10 business days. International shipment may be subject to additional customs, duties, and fees which are the full responsibility of the recipient.
Return Policy
DOMESTIC RETURNS
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 7 calendar days of receipt for a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered).
Please note that the Shipping and handling fee $8 will be deducted from your refund.
We do not accept Returns on sales items
Please contact cocomaloo.socal@gmail.com to initiate a return and we will email you a pre-paid shipping label to use.
Once you have your label, simply drop your package off at a nearby UPS store. As soon as your returned item has been received, we will review it(item(s) should be unaltered) and process the return. At this point you will receive a return email notification. Then it generally takes 2-5 days to see the refund hit your bank statement.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please return your item by any trackable methods and email cocomaloo.socal@gmail.com the tracking number. We do not accept Returns on sales items
